We may be more than halfway through January, but it’s not too late to commit to being more organized in 2016.

Paper and planner guru Erin Condren wants to help you get your schedule in order. In addition to a slew of colorful and inspiring calendars, Condren offers these tips.

Work hard, play hard: Make a daily to-do list. Developing a time management system is imperative to balancing career and personal life, she says.

Strategize on Sunday: “Each Sunday, I sit down and plot the week ahead,” Condren says. This will help you head into Monday with a game plan, ready to tackle the tasks at hand.

Hydrate your way to healthy: “I am, admittedly, terrible at consistently consuming the amount of water I should be drinking,” says Condren, who uses the Wellness Journal to track water intake, monitor physical activity and keep herself accountable. “Something about coloring in the water droplets in our colorful markers makes it less daunting,” she says.
