When she was a child, Brindley said women stayed home with their children, as she did. However, given the choice now, she isn't sure she would make the same decision.
"We need to get these girls knowing that they can do that. Don't be intimidated by men. I love men, but I'm not intimidated by them. I know I can be just as smart and do a lot of the jobs they do," Brindley said.
