Dianne Connolly is an expert in all aspects of starting a company – whether for profit or nonprofit – from clarifying the idea to analyzing the market, identifying target customers, positioning against the competition, recruiting and hiring a sales force and developing a regional and national marketing strategy.
Co-founder of a successful medical staffing company, Dianne spent 18 years building the company from internal infrastructure to external sales and marketing. The company specialized in both employee leasing and permanent placements across the country. She also built, trained and directed inside and outside sales personnel and directed multiple-state, multiple-discipline marketing and advertising. Concurrently, she has 30 years’ experience in nonprofit board work, board development, recruiting, strategic and transition planning and non-profit creation. Nonprofit work has focused on medical, educational and outdoor recreational organizations.
